They required new CCA \/ PW Loop Pipework to create additional manufacturing capacity in a new production room at their life sciences plant in the West of Scotland.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"511\" height=\"458\" class=\"wp-image-3154\" src=\"https:\/\/burnhouse-eng.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Orbital-from-CS-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/burnhouse-eng.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Orbital-from-CS-1-1.jpg 511w, https:\/\/burnhouse-eng.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Orbital-from-CS-1-1-300x269.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 511px) 100vw, 511px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Burnhouse Engineering successfully submitted a proposal to create a new Orbital Welded Purified Water and Clean Compressed Air Line using 3D modelling for the design. The full project would be managed end to end including design, manufacture, installation including orbital welding, reports, and certifications.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Methodology<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Design Phase<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The design stage utilised Burnhouse\u2019s expertise in SolidWorks \u2013 a 3D modelling software. The 3D environment imaging enabled the client to see the exact pipe runs that would provide the maximum efficiency for the new facility.
